JOMO has no walls. Walls cost money. Walls come with space you have to rent. You have
to buy cool pictures to put on the walls so it looks nice.
Walls also create a structure which means the agency inside has to have a structure. And structure costs time. There are procedures, processes and lots of meetings. You have to have lots of meetings. Otherwise, besides fooling around on the Internet, what would people do to fill up their days? Work on a client's business? Please, all work and no play makes Jack (Jill) a very dull agency guy (person).
Walls are real good at confining things too. Like thinking. Which begs the question: if you really want to "think outside the box," why would you put yourself in a box to begin with? So clients have someplace to go have lunch?
We got out of the box.
